The practice
- Theory drills cover relative keys, key signatures, major scales, triads, diatonic chords, intervals, and chord quality.
- Piano starts with a placement test, then 10 skills at 5 levels each.
- Play with on-screen keys, or with MIDI where the browser allows it.
- A metronome watches the timing, including rushing and dragging.
- Each day has a Today session. Streaks keep count.
- Mastery means a pass on two separate days, then spaced re-checks.
Where it runs
- Web MIDI works on desktop and on Android. It does not work in iPhone Safari.
- The keyboard tried so far is a Casio Privia. Other keyboards have not been tried, so this is not a claim that every MIDI keyboard works.
- On-screen keys are there either way.
- Not an iPhone app, and not on the App Store.
Plain limits
- No price is stated.
- Not composition software.
- This page does not offer a signup.
